The main features
Integrated tank: the 150 mm depth allows for the tank to be housed with automatic filling
The pump is internal: filling is done simply by connecting the end of a tube to the burner and inserting the other into the bioethanol drum.
Complete tank emptying system: It is possible to completely empty the tank to easily move the burner
AF | Automatic Filling:
The internal pump sucks the bioethanol directly from the keg via the supplied silicone tube with quick coupling, no electrical connection, no bulky objects to store, it stops automatically when it reaches the level.
AE | Automatic Emptying:
The tank can be emptied automatically if the burner needs to be moved to another building or if it is not used for long periods. Simply connect the loading hose and press a simple button to activate the internal pump, which reverses the flow and allows the bioethanol to be discharged.
MPI | Multi Point Injections:
Multiple nozzles (5-7-9 depending on size) controlled by microprocessor inject the fuel against a vaporization plate. There is no tank with hot bioethanol to create the vapors, the fuel remains cold until the instant it is vaporized for combustion, a few tenths of a second before meeting the flame.
Our MPI system makes the flame alive and dancing, optimises consumption and avoids unpleasant odours both during the ignition and shutdown phases.
FLAME:
The device is equipped with a flame detector to ensure safety. There are three adjustable flame modes, which allow you to change the peaks and valleys of the flames.
These modes allow you to create a dancing movement of the fire, adding an aesthetic and dynamic touch to the environment.
IGNITION:
The preheating phase ensures ignition even in conditions of temperature below 0°C. This ensures that the device works properly even in very cold environments. In addition, ignition is quick: it takes about 3 minutes with an ambient temperature of about 15°C.
The ignition cycle is automatic and includes flame stabilization, offering safe and reliable operation.
CONSUMPTION:
Our electronic burner consumes little electricity: 60 W when switched on and only 10 W during continuous operation, less than a small light bulb.
Thanks to this low consumption, it is possible to easily power it with a simple power bank!
SAFETY:
The Tech burner is equipped with 4 sensors for the presence of liquid distributed in various points, which prevent any micro-leaks by automatically turning off the burner. There are also high temperature sensors, a child lock and a rapid shutdown system (maximum 90 seconds).
In addition, the Smart burner has a connector for connection to home automation, making it user-friendly.
